Another thing to check on would be their customer feedback.  Customer feedback is different from referrals as it is not provided by the company you are looking at, it is obtained from a third-party feedback website.  There are several feedback websites out there, and you should only obtain feedback from those who take the time to verify the feedback is from an actual customer.  If they have had negative feedback, then you should not choose them as you do not want to also have a poor experience.
